If you would like to talk to us in your own language, please call our helpline on 1800 880 176.

Let us know what language you want to talk to us in and we will connect you with an interpreter from the Telephone Interpreter Service (TIS). The helpline also has a teletypewriter (TTY) facility available which can be accessed by calling the same number.
Our helpline operates from 8am - 10pm in your local time zone, for callers in Australia only. Free call for landline calls, usual charges apply to mobiles and payphones.
