How can I get Help Regarding Spam?
Australian legislation relating to spam: the Commonwealth of Australia Law (www.comlaw.gov.au) Spam Act 2003, came into affect on 10 April 2004.
Under the law it is illegal to send, or cause to be sent, 'unsolicited commercial electronic messages' that have an Australian link.
The Australian Communications and Media Authority (www.acma.gov.au) is the Australian Government body that enforces the Spam Act 2003.
