Where can I find Specific Information on Instant Messaging Programs?

Most instant messaging programs have websites with support sections.  Help areas for the common programs include:

• MSN Messenger (messenger.msn.com/Help/)
• ICQ (www.icq.com/support/)
• AOL Instant Messenger (www.aim.com/help_faq/gethelp.adp)
• Yahoo (help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/messenger/)

You can also look in the help menu of the program you are running.

This is not only a good way to get help on a technical issue but also to investigate some of the safety features that may be available to you.
